Group Training
Below you will find our group training schedule. Our groups are limited to 6 players in each. We would like to be able to give players enough attention, repetitions, and specificity as we can. These group trainings are made to focus around the current group of players. Our goal is to capitalize a players current strength while also finding ways to expand their game.

Advanced
Players in our advanced group have a high level of volume. Live action will take up half the time along with skill work. Our goal is to put players in situations they see on the court often.
Experienced
The experienced group will begin to see a higher volume of these skills. We will also work to advance the basics skills that we have built. More live action will be involved with training.
Beginner
Our beginners groups will be fundamentally focused. Our emphasis will be on basic individual skills, basketball rules and terms, and basketball principles.

Each group will have a ball handling routine they complete each day they have their training.

We customized each groups training to fit the individuals that make them up. We want to capitalize on our players strengths while also expanding it to become a better player.

Our groups will never have over 6 players. We want each player to get enough repetitions and attention to elevate their game in a group setting.
